38 weeks ago the kids started their school year.
Now there are 13 days left until zero structure ensues.

Yes. I am ready. I LOVE structureless summers of NOT waking up and getting crabby girls out the door, and then welcoming back crabby girls who have been at school all day. We will be spending our summer at the pool, beach and park. YAY for summer!
Ready? For sleeping in, yes. For no homework, yes. For letting kids live in shorts when they outgrow their jeans, yes.
For constant noise, fighting, friends, raiding the kitchen, and never ever ever getting any quiet time to myself? Not so much.
It's a love/hate thing.
Mostly happy and a little terrified of the weather. It better be nice....soon!
